A new year is a good time to begin new habits, and healthy relationship habits are a great place to start. 1) Practice transparency. Men can be tight-lipped and women tend to be indirect. Rather than assuming your partner can read your mind, explain how you feel and ask for what you want. 2) You know what not to do. Sit with your partner and share with each other how a bad evening would be spent, then do something every day that’s opposite of something on that list. 3) Decode complaints. Complaints hide wishes, before you complain figure out what you really want. 4). Give a daily dose of goodness. Love blossoms on spontaneity.
