Stress affects us all to one degree or another. The higher our stress levels, the more our mood, health, and behavior will be affected and our relationships will suffer. Knowing how to manage our stress levels will improve the quality of our lives and our relationships. Too much stress can lead to a variety of physical health problems including a decrease in sex drive. It can also cause an increase in mental problems like anxiety and depression and lead to behavioral changes such as eating or drinking too much. All of this can negatively impact our marriage. We need to examine our lives and give up anything we can that is causing our stress.
