From time to time I like to share something that’s happening in the Boulder, Colorado, community.  In an article on their website, Premier Acupuncture Of Boulder points out that you can hardly go a day, especially in Boulder, without hearing, “wow, he’s/she’s in great shape.”  If a person is relatively thin, toned, and youthful looking, we assume that they are healthy. Just as an apple can be beautiful on the outside, but have dark spots inside, a person can look vibrant and toned, but have many issues that are eating away at their health.  Genuine health can not been determined from outward appearance alone.
