If you and your spouse regularly share laughter, you are both fortunate. Laughter is good for the body, mind, and spirit, as well as the immune system. It helps to clear the mind and relax the muscles. It’s very good for marriage, as couples who have been together for a long time are noted to laugh a lot together as well.  In good natured fun, they laugh at themselves and poke fun at each other, enjoying the absurdities of life. When we laugh with others we feel closer to them and enjoy a good connection. If we weren’t born with the ability to laugh easily, we can develop it during our marriage.
